Cancellation Policy / Return Instructions
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing any reasons. The items must be returned in their original packaging, in unused and undamaged condition, with the intact security tag. Please note that personalized products, such as made-to-order items, are exempt from this policy.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a message via our online chat within the 14-day period, including your order number, name, and the products you wish to return. In order to process your request, please ensure that you send the email from the same address used for placing the order.
We do not accept any returns without prior notification, and such returns will be subject to a fee.
Please note that the return address is different from our office address. Returns sent to the office address cannot be accepted.
Upon receiving your withdrawal request, you will be provided with the return address.
You are responsible for the cost and insurance of the return shipment.
We recommend choosing a shipping option with tracking, signature confirmation, and insurance. Please consult your chosen shipping service provider for the best way to insure your jewelry during the return process.
Due to logistical reasons, returns can only be accepted via shipment back to us.
After receiving and inspecting the returned items, it may take up to 15 business days to process the refund. Rest assured, we will make every effort to complete the refund process as quickly as possible.
